So, let's see. It's been raining here. A lot. Makes it kind of difficult to time things just right when trying to juggle full-time work, a family, and other regularly or not regularly scheduled events. So when a beautiful evening comes along and you're free to move about the cabin, but no one else is. What do you do? You do it anyway. You get the air pumped in your tires, because you know as soon as your bicycle wheel hits that trail, you'll have a smile a mile wide because this... this is what makes you happy. And you'll ride. And you'll smile. And you'll smell summer. And you'll revel in the richness of the green created by the evening glow of a low in the sky sun. And you'll hear frogs singing. And you'll see the sunset. And you'll admire the free way the birds play above the river as that great orange ball sinks below the tree line. And you'll meet cool people who invite you to ride with them for a bit - people who call themselves Team Happy Cool Fun who are externally twenty years your senior, but at heart twenty years your junior. And you'll enjoy the warm comfort of a cooler than usual evening breeze. And you'll marvel when you realize that even when you're alone, you're not alone as thousands of fireflies a second light up your night like falling stars. And you'll make lots of wishes and then realize that all your wishes have already come true.
