Chloe's Mom started it. Here are my answers:
What are you really good at?
Writing.
What's the quality you least like in others?
Arrogance.
What is your favorite motto?
I don't really have a favorite, but I do like the quote, "Work like you don't need the money. Dance like no one is watching. And love like you've never been hurt." by Mark Twain
or
“The person who knows how to laugh at himself will never cease to be amused.” by Shirley MacLaine
or
“Laugh a lot, and when you're older, all your wrinkles will be in the right places.”
What's the one thing you'll never understand?
Cruelty.
Someone should invent...
An alternative to cars run on fuel.
My life would be simpler if...
I didn't want anything.
What are you most proud of?
My boys.
Simplest pleasure?
Chocolate.
What surprises you most about your adult life?
That I am enjoying my 30s much more than my 20s.
What's something that no one knows?
This is a hard one. I'm kind of an open book, so there's rarely something no one knows about me. Honestly, I can't think of anything. If I do, I'll change my answer. **UPDATED on 5-11-08 to note - I like to make pie... in particular, pie crusts. Definitely something nobody knew but me.**
What's something that makes you laugh?
My husband.
Something I've been struggling with lately is...
Budgeting.
If you could change places with anyone, living or dead, for one day, who would it be?
That's a hard one. Princess Diana? Or the spouse or significant other of anyone on my crush list - for obvious reasons.
Would you rather be a little smarter or a little sexier?
Hmmm... how about wiser? I think that's different than smarter.
The best decision I ever made was...
To have a once a week date night with my husband.
If you suddenly came into $1,000 in spare cash, what would you do with it?
It's already spent. *sigh* Definitely, it would go towards debt reduction. How unexciting, huh?
What's the one thing you refuse to eat?
One thing? Liver. Two things? Liver and lima beans.
If I knew then what I know now...
I'd have exercised more and eaten better in my 20s. I'd have enjoyed my 20s a lot more, too.
Guiltiest pleasure?
Why does pleasure always have to be a guilt thing? Ice cream in any shape or form, although I'm not sure I feel guilty about it.
What would your ideal "I'd rather be... " bumper sticker say?
...on a warm beach in Tahiti.
What's your favorite possession?
Just one? This picture. More than one? All my pictures.

I'm with ya' on the budgeting. Wanta meet me at the mall? (LOL):)
Here's something no one knows/knew (and it is a biggie, let me tell ya)- I once wore your mom's shoes because I forgot my own. Wore them all the way to Minneapolis, I did.
Now tell me- DID anyone know that??? Well, it sorta has to do with you.
Mall? What mall? I'm so there! ;) Good thing we don't live too close to each other.
@anita b. - Now that's definitely something I didn't know. And beings you said no one knows/knew, does that mean you stole the shoes from my Mom? ;) I kid. I think.
ha! Your mom knew. She lent them to me. I'm pretty sure it was your mom. All I clearly remember is arriving at some totally awful hour in the morn at your house (why? no idea- I was with John S and his sis, my roommate)- me- no Sun shoes (how'd that happen? no idea)- and then driving up to Minneapolis for the spec mtg. So if it wasn't your mom then I don't know who it was anymore, either... hahaha (hysterical laughter)
